Students Needed for ITV Games Testing

My name is Carol Baffour and I am a researcher working for a television production company called Gallowgate TV. I am currently developing the second series of ITV’s Saturday night show called “Ant and Dec’s Push The Button”. We are currently in the process of testing two games with our presenters Ant and Dec and we are looking for people to come down to Elstree Studios to help us with that.

The first game will require 20 men only. We are looking specifically for 10 bald men (or shaven head); and 10 who have hair - age does not matter.…

SU Bar - Use it or lose it!

Use it or lose it!

Your SU Bar is in danger of closing and only YOU can save it!

Last year the bar made a loss and if more students don’t use it then it’s highly likely it will close. In recent years, the SU Bar has been the focal point of our little St Mary’s community and sadly it looks like we could lose that. But YOU can change that!

A polite request...

Unfortunately we have been inundated with complaints from neighbours about noise and anti-social behaviour from our students on Wednesday nights and after the Pub2Club on Monday nights.

We know that only a small minority of students are responsible for such selfish and immature behaviour – but would be grateful if everyone could remember to be quiet and respectful to our neighbours late at night.  People may mean no harm but some neighbours find it frightening and tell us that their children cannot sleep and have school in the morning.
